Terms of sale
Terms of sale — Everystock
Version: June 2026. These terms apply to orders concluded from publication. Earlier orders remain subject to the terms accepted when they were concluded.
1. Seller and scope
PARIS INTERNATIONAL NEGOCE, French SAS with share capital of €5,000; registered office: 1 B Rue de Paris, 93000 Bobigny, France; Bobigny Trade and Companies Register 823 493 697; SIRET 82349369700028; VAT FR34823493697. Contact: contact@everystock.fr; +33 6 51 92 85 92.
These terms govern sales on everystock.fr to consumers and businesses. Consumer-specific rights apply to individuals purchasing outside their trade or profession. Nothing limits applicable mandatory rights.
2. Products, prices and ordering
Essential product characteristics and offered quantities or packs appear on product pages. Offers are subject to available stock. The price shown before order confirmation applies; consumers must be given the total tax-inclusive price, including delivery charges or how they are calculated. Any tax-exclusive presentation intended for businesses is identified accordingly.
Before paying, check items, quantities, address and total and correct any errors. Final confirmation with an obligation to pay concludes the order, subject to payment acceptance. An order summary is emailed. If goods become unavailable after ordering, we inform you and refund the amounts for goods not supplied; no substitute is imposed.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment is due when ordering using the methods offered at checkout, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a business customer. Destinations, charges and delivery times are shown before confirmation and in our shipping policy, which supplements these terms. Consumers retain their statutory rights concerning delay, loss and damage.
4. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers have 14 days from receipt to notify withdrawal without giving a reason, then 14 days to return goods. For orders delivered separately, the period starts on receipt of the last item, subject to statutory calculation rules. Notify contact@everystock.fr or our registered office. No prior authorisation is required.
Return goods to PARIS INTERNATIONAL NEGOCE — Everystock, 1 B Rue de Paris, 93000 Bobigny, France. Consumers pay direct change-of-mind return costs if informed before purchase. No restocking fee applies. Consumers may only be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the goods, under statutory conditions.
Refunds are made within 14 days of notification; unless we collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without fees. For full withdrawal, initial standard delivery is refunded, excluding the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer.
Sale and clearance products carry the same rights. No additional voluntary return period or change-of-mind exchange is offered. Our return and refund policy supplements these arrangements.

5. Statutory guarantees
Contact the seller using the details above to invoke a guarantee. Statutory rights are independent of the withdrawal period and are not excluded by discounts or clearance sales.
Statutory consumer guarantee notice — English translation
Consumers have two years from delivery to invoke the statutory guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During that period, consumers need only establish the existence of the defect, not when it appeared.
Where the sale contract provides for continuous supply of digital content or a digital service for more than two years, the guarantee applies to that content or service throughout the agreed supply period. During that period, consumers need only establish the existence of the defect affecting the content or service, not when it appeared.
The guarantee requires the trader, where relevant, to provide updates necessary to maintain conformity.
Consumers are entitled to repair or replacement within 30 days of their request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience.
If goods are repaired under the guarantee, the original guarantee is extended by six months. If the consumer requests repair but the seller imposes replacement, the guarantee restarts for two years from replacement.
Consumers may keep the goods and obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract for a full refund against return if:
1. The trader refuses repair or replacement;
2. Repair or replacement occurs after 30 days;
3. Repair or replacement causes significant inconvenience, particularly where the consumer permanently bears collection or removal costs, or installation costs for repaired or replacement goods;
4. The defect persists despite the seller’s unsuccessful attempt to remedy it.
Consumers may also obtain an immediate price reduction or termination where the defect is sufficiently serious, without first requesting repair or replacement. Termination is unavailable for a minor defect.
Any period during which goods are unavailable for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period until the repaired goods are delivered.
These rights arise under Articles L.217-1 to L.217-32 of the French Consumer Code. A seller who obstructs the guarantee in bad faith may incur a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L.241-5).
Consumers also benefit from the hidden-defects guarantee under Articles 1641–1649 of the French Civil Code for two years from discovery of the defect. It provides for a price reduction if the goods are kept or a full refund against return.
6. Business purchases
No change-of-mind return is accepted for business purchases unless agreed in writing or required by law. Applicable statutory guarantees and remedies remain available. If a payment period is expressly agreed, overdue payments accrue penalties from the day after the due date at the European Central Bank refinancing rate plus 10 percentage points, together with the statutory €40 fixed recovery charge, subject to applicable law. These penalties and charges do not apply to consumers. No early-payment discount is granted unless agreed in writing.
7. Complaints, mediation and applicable law
Send complaints to contact@everystock.fr or our registered office. Consumers are entitled to free consumer mediation under statutory conditions following a prior written complaint. Our company has not yet appointed a consumer mediator, so mediator contact details cannot currently be provided. This absence does not remove any consumer right.
French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law applicable to their circumstances. Court jurisdiction follows statutory rules; no exclusive jurisdiction is imposed on consumers.
