Shipping policy

Destinations and charges

We deliver to destinations available at checkout. Delivery options and prices depend on your address and are shown before you place your order. For eligible addresses in France, the current standard rate is €5. The total shown before payment applies to your order.

Delivery times

Standard delivery shows an estimate of 3–5 business days. The applicable delivery date or period is communicated before the contract is concluded. If no date or period has been agreed, consumers must receive delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Receipt and delays

Please provide a complete, accurate address. For problems or delays, contact contact@everystock.fr with your order number. If the delivery deadline is missed, consumers may require delivery within an additional reasonable period and then terminate the contract if delivery has not occurred, subject to statutory conditions. Immediate termination remains possible where the law provides for it. Amounts due are refunded within 14 days of termination.

For consumers, risk of loss or damage passes when you or a person you nominate, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, except where you independently choose a carrier we did not offer and the statutory exception applies. Please report missing or damaged parcels; failure to record reservations at delivery does not remove statutory guarantees.
