Refund policy

Version: June 2026. This policy applies to orders placed from its publication, without reducing rights relating to earlier orders.

Consumer returns

For distance purchases, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason. For multiple goods ordered together and delivered separately, the period starts upon receipt of the last item, subject to statutory deadline calculation rules. Discounted and clearance items carry the same rights.

Return items to the same address no later than 14 days after notifying us. You pay direct change-of-mind return costs if informed before purchase. No restocking fee applies.

You may try on clothing as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product, subject to statutory conditions. Missing original packaging does not automatically remove your right.

Refunds

Refunds are made within 14 days of notification. Unless we collect the goods ourselves, we may wait until we receive them or evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without charges. Store credit is not imposed.

For withdrawal from the whole order, the original standard delivery charge is refunded. The extra cost of a more expensive delivery option you selected is not refunded.

Defective or incorrect items

Email contact@everystock.fr. Statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects remain applicable independently of the withdrawal period. You are not charged costs necessary to exercise them. The statutory guarantee of conformity covers defects appearing within two years of delivery; repair, replacement, price reduction or termination apply under statutory conditions.

No additional voluntary returns

We offer no voluntary extension of the return period or change-of-mind exchanges. Business purchases have no change-of-mind return entitlement unless agreed in writing or required by applicable law. These provisions do not limit mandatory rights.
